CENTENARY HOUSE BUY A BRICK APPEAL

We have worked hard on this for more than a year and have raised just over £100,000 from fundraising activities and donations. Much of this has come from local businesses but we have also raised a further £40,000 by way of interest free loans from our own members and are now within sight of our main target of £165,000. This will still leave us with a £200,000 mortgage but the rents plus some modest annual fund raising should cover this.

We are now appealing to the general public to help us complete the last lap. This is where you can help!

Peter Webb - Project Director
“This project is the biggest and most ambitious project that the Rotary Club of Reading has ever been involved in. It seems wholly fitting that in our Centenary Year we are beginning this project that will leave a lasting point of hope for the homeless for decades to come.”
